How do I measure my wrist size ?
You can use a tape measure to check your wrist size and select the right size. The sizes below are the circumference of your wrist.
17.5cm: small/medium
18.5cm: medium
19.5cm: medium/large

How fast is delivery and how much does it cost ?
All our accessories ship in 24h for free. If you order before midday they will ship on the same day. Delivery time is 48hrs with Hermes. You can also choose our 24hrs delivery service for a small fee.
My bracelet doesn't fit, what can I do ?
If your bracelet is slightly too big/small, dont worry! Drop us a message using the contact form with the details and we’ll happily exchange it for you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and you must return products you wish to exchange within 30 days of purchase in an undamaged condition and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of postage.
Can I return an item to Bolter ?
If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received, please notify us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and you must return unwanted products within 30 days of receipt in an undamaged condition and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of postage.
If you have received an item that you believe to be damaged or faulty please use the contact form and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Refunds will only be issued against the credit/debit card used for purchase.
How do I keep my bracelet airworthy ?
Our Bolter bracelets are made to last !
However, we recommend you keep it away from water unless you feel it needs a clean !
