How do i measure my wrist size ?
You can use a tape measure to check your wrist size and select the right size. The sizes below are the circumference of your wrist.
17.5cm: small/medium
18.5cm: medium
19.5cm: medium/large

how fast is delivery and how much is it ?
All our accessories ship in 24h for free. If you order before xxpm they will ship on the same day. Delivery time is 48hrs with Hermes.
my bracelet doesn’t fit, what can i do ?
If your bracelet is slightly too big/small, dont worry! Drop us a message using the contact form with the details and we’ll happily exchange it for you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and you must return products you wish to exchange within 30 days of purchase in an undamaged condition and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of postage.
can i return an item to bolter ?
